UTM fulfilled various projects successfully since
its establishment, such as business and trading centers, hospitals
and health centers, dwelling houses, retail and leisure complexes,
hotel buildings, prefabricated and steel framed buildings, industrial
buildings, monuments and territorial works and infrastructural works.
Every
Project is carried out by "in-house" disciplines; Construction
and Architectural Design Group, Electrical and Mechanical Works
Group, Project Management and Procurement Group, and Finance and
Trading Group. Therefore, each project can be directed and managed
on "Turn Key" bases with efficient coordination between
disciplines, comprehensive sources and experience, effective communication,
fixed accountability and timely schedules, and a cohesive team work.
